Class Types

    1st Week: Breath and Sun Salutations

    2nd Week: Standing Poses

    3rd Week: Forward Bends and Back Bends

    4th Week: Twists and Inversions

  • Indulge in deep relaxation and breathing techniques to restore and balance your immune and nervous systems. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, this nurturing practice is recommended at least once a month for every yoga student.
